Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you book service with Tetra Tech Appliance Repair ("we", "us") through our website, by phone or by text, and when you agree to receive text messages from us.

Text messaging terms (SMS)

Program: Tetra Tech Appliance Repair appointment and service texts.

What you will receive: booking confirmations, schedule changes, technician on-the-way updates, links to pay the service call fee, and repair status updates such as parts arrival. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in: by checking the text consent box on our booking form, or by telling us on a call that we may text you. Consent is not a condition of service.

Frequency: message frequency varies, usually a few messages per appointment.

Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further texts. Reply START to subscribe again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; we never sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Service call fee

Each in-home visit has an $85 service call fee for travel and diagnosis. We text you a secure payment link up to one hour before your appointment, when the technician is on the way. If you approve the repair, the $85 is credited toward the repair total.

Estimates and payment

After diagnosis we give you a price before any repair work begins. Work starts only after you approve it. Payment is due when the work is complete, unless a warranty company is paying for the repair.

Scheduling

Appointment times are arrival windows. A preferred day chosen online is a request until we confirm it. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
